Responsibilities include:

• Employ a variety of teaching methods to engage diverse learning styles and ability levels, using differentiated instructional strategies to ensure all students can access and succeed in the curriculum
• Prepare, conduct, and deliver motivating, standards-based lessons that reflect knowledge of the curriculum (MA Framework: HS Biology), child development, and student needs, with clear learning objectives, purposeful learning activities, and opportunities for students to demonstrate understanding
• Encourage an inclusive classroom that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds, fostering a shared sense of belonging for all students
• Utilize a variety of assessments and data to monitor student progress and develop targeted plans for success, including both formative and summative measures to inform instruction and provide timely feedback
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with students, families, and colleagues to support student learning, share progress, and contribute to a positive and supportive school community
