Adult Basic Education GED Teacher

Position:

• Adult Basic Education GED Teacher
• Salary: $36.39 an hour

Position Summary:
Provide direct instruction to adult students. Responsibilities include lesson planning and instruction, conducting ongoing assessment, monitoring student attendance, collaborating with other staff, and keeping student records. Requires using inquiry and cooperative teaching strategies to deliver instruction and integrating technology into learning. This position also works with Riverland Community College students taking Tech Math classes.

Qualifications:

Valid MN teaching license required or ability to obtain

Schedule:

• 0.7 FTE
• Monday - Thursday 8:15 am - 3:00 pm

Rate of Pay:

Based on candidate's experience and education per the ALEA Master Agreement

Riverland Community College
