We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Special Education Teacher / Case Manager to join our special education team in the Sullivan County, NH area for the 2026-2027 school year. .
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
* Modify general education curriculum to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
* Provide specialized instruction in one-on-one and small group settings
* Track student progress and update IEPs throughout the school year
* Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and IEP team members
* Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to support student success
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
* Active state-level licensure or certification (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
* Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
* Previous experience working in schools or with children preferred
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
* Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays
