Openings as of 4/4/2026 force display?True Openings as of 4/4/2026 Summer Programs 2026 Substitute Teacher - County Wide JobID: 60794 Position Type: Summer Programs/ Teacher Date Posted: 4/3/2026 Location: Boone County Board of Education Closing Date: 04/17/2026 County: Boone County Schools Qualifications: Holds a valid WV Substitute Teaching Certificate (Hiring will be based on Summer Seniority) Program Details: 1 prep day and 1 holiday (WV Day) Site Coordinator/Interventionist hours: 7:30 AM a 2 PM on programmatic days Student attendance: 8:00 AM a 1:30 PM daily Pay: Daily rate (based on Boone County Schools Teacher Pay Scale) Positions are contingent upon student enrollment at each site Program Schedule: June 5 a Prep Day (No Students) June 8 a First Day of Students June 8 a June 25 a Students attend Monday through Thursday only June 19 a No School (WV Day) July 1-- Last day for program and July 2-- Closeout Teachers will: Work with Coordinator to plan program Maintain required documentation during program and submit final report.
