PE and Health Teacher Jobs in Nebraska
A Physical Education (PE) and Health Teacher in the secondary education industry is responsible for teaching students about physical fitness, sports, and health awareness. They may also have been a Teaching Assistant, gaining experience in classroom management and instructional skills. Another potential role is a School Counselor or Health Advisor, providing experience in advising on health and wellness topics. Regarding qualifications, they should have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Health Education, or a related field. They also need to obtain a teaching license or certification, which usually involves completing a teacher preparation program and passing state-specific exams.
