MSD Instructional Assistant

Position Available: Instructional Assistant – MSD Classroom

Paris Middle and High School is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Instructional Assistant to support our classroom serving students with moderate to severe disabilities (MSD).

The Instructional Assistant will work under the direct supervision of a certified special education teacher to provide individualized academic, behavioral, social, and emotional support. Responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), reinforcing instruction, supporting daily classroom routines, and helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate patience, flexibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to supporting the diverse needs of all learners.
