Desired Qualifications: Certification in Special Education (required). Experience working with elementary-aged children in special education settings. Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and ability to adapt instruction as needed. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students overcome challenges. Key Responsibilities: Work directly with a 2nd-grade student in a 1:1 setting, delivering ESY instruction and support.
