Out of District Applicants SALARY: Placement on Certificated Salary Schedule ($58,273 - $95,537 ) 15 years creditable experience may be accepted Master's Degree - 2% on base annual salary Doctorate Degree - additional 2% on base annual salary National Board Certification - additional $1,000 ( 222 Work Days = $69,927 - $114,644)
