Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field; valid state certification required
• Successful classroom experience working directly with students in resource, self-contained, or inclusion settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver personalized instruction for students with learning differences, accommodating a wide range of needs
• Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Administer academic and behavioral assessments to track student progress and inform instruction
• Foster a classroom culture that prioritizes inclusion, respect, and growth for every student
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to adapt curriculum and instructional strategies
• Communicate proactively with parents and guardians regarding student achievements, goals, and concerns
