Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities or diverse learning needs

• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet students individual goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver specialized instruction based on students individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote inclusive education and student success
• Track student progress, adjust goals as needed, and maintain required documentation
• Foster a supportive, positive classroom environment that celebrates differences and builds student confidence
