Middle English Language Arts Teacher

TeachMiddle School students English Language Arts.-Develop lesson plans aligned with the Massachusetts Frameworks.-Teach using various methodologies, including lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and laboratory experiences.-Plan, develop, and utilize various instructional materials and aids appropriate to the intellectual and instructional level of pupils from varied socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds with a range of mental and emotional maturity.-Provide group and individual instruction to motivate pupils and effectively utilize the time available for instructional activities.-Administer, score, record, and report the results of assessments that evaluate student growth and progress.-Counsel, confer with, and communicate with parents and school/district personnel regarding pupil progress.-Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to school improvement efforts.The District seeks a Middle School English Language Arts teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The candidate shall hold all certifications required to teach English Language Arts in Massachusetts for grades 5-8.
