Key Responsibilities: Design and implement adaptive physical education lessons for students with diverse physical abilities. Assess individual student needs, strengths, and areas of improvement, and adjust activities accordingly. Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to integrate physical education with IEP goals. Track student progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings as needed. Foster an inclusive, safe, and positive environment that motivates students to participate and succeed. Maintain accurate documentation and follow state and district guidelines for physical education instruction.
