Job Description / Essential Elements: Print Under the supervision of the Principal, assists a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of students in a classroom setting at a designated Title I school site; assists in the preparation of instructional materials and implementation of lesson plans; provides routine clerical supportand perform related work as required. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Possession of an Associate's or higher degree from an accredited institution in the US . Some paid or volunteer experience working with children in any educational or child care setting; or any combination of training and experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities. Incumbents are encouraged to participate in courses, seminars and workshops in the area of instructional services, psychology or guidance.
