ESL (English as a Second Language) Instructional Assistant/Paraprofessional

Duties include, but are not limited to:Support ESL students in developing English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)Assist classroom teachers in delivering instruction and adapting materials for English learnersWork with individual students or small groups to reinforce lessons and provide additional practiceHelp translate or clarify instructions when appropriateMonitor student progress and provide feedback to teachersAssist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environmentPrepare instructional materials and organize classroom resourcesSupport students with assignments, assessments, and technology useEncourage student engagement and participation in classroom activitiesMaintain confidentiality of student information
