Must hold or be eligible to hold a NC 74026 Trade & Industrial Education - Construction Educator's License

Minimum Degree Level:

Bachelor's, or;

Associate, or;

High School Diploma, or;

GED

Related Degrees:

Carpentry, Construction Management, Building Construction, Electrician, Electrical Trades, HVAC, Plumbing

Related Work Experience:

Construction industry with demonstrated experience in the carpentry, electrical, and/or masonry fields, construction manager, electrician, mason, masonry installer, HVAC Technician, plumber, previous teaching experience in this content area

Years of Work Experience:

2 years with Bachelor's

4 years with Associate

6 years with High School Diploma or GED

Credential(s) prior to hire / teaching / licensure:

None

Credential(s), Test, or Other Criteria required for Continuing:

NCCER Instructor Certified Training Program (ICTP) for Craft Professionals
