Salary: Following the established BTEA Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Guide ranging from $68,794 to $102,710 (2026-2027)

Job Requirements:

• One of the following valid New Jersey certifications: Teacher of English as a Second Language 1475
• Must meet NJ residency requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for teaching, with the ability to connect with students and create a positive learning atmosphere
• Required criminal history background check, proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and motivated. Self-starter. Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and demonstrate flexibility.
