Adult Education - Evening Beginner English for Speakers of Other Languages Teacher

*This required hours for this position are Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm

The Evening Beginner ESOL classroom teacher will be responsible forproviding simultaneous Second Language Acquisition Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listeninginstruction to in-person and remote students, evaluating student progress, and adjusting instruction basedon formative assessment outcomes. Teachers will accomplish this by drawing upon professionalknowledge, research, and standards to respond to the needs of every student within their educationalcontext. Teachers will work together with the Assistant Director of Curriculum and Instruction andAdvisors to optimize student progress towards academic and personal goals. This position requiresteachers to teach to in-person and remote students in Webster on Tuesday and Thursday evenings5:00PM-8:30PM.
