Job description:

Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.

Salary Structure: (Based on 2025-2026 Compensation Plan)

2025-2026 Teacher Salary Schedule:

0 Years = $66,000

15 Years = $85,363

Add $1,200 for Master's Stipend.

Add $5,000 for National Board Teacher Certification

Supplemental pay from Lee College will be paid at the end of each semester

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate (Grades 6-12, 7-12, or 8-12 English)
• ESL Certificate Preferred (or willing to obtain)
