Job Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey Standard Certificate (or Certificate of Eligibility) in an appropriate content area (e.g., Business Education, Elementary Education, or related field)
• Demonstrated knowledge of gifted education theory, programming models, and best practices
• Experience incorporating entrepreneurship, personal finance, or business concepts into K12 instruction
• Proficiency with instructional technology tools
• Appropriate Content Area Instructional Strategies
• Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

This position is responsible for designing and delivering challenging, inquiry-based curriculum that integrates business fundamentals, entrepreneurial thinking, and 21st-century skills for identified gifted learners in Grades 68. The ideal candidate brings a creative, student centered instructional approach and a genuine enthusiasm for nurturing the next generation of problem solvers, innovators, and leaders.

Salary: In accordance with the established WTEA Salary Guide ranging from $65,315 - $68,315
