High School Choral Director

Candidate should demonstrate:

• Strong Choral Pedagogy
• Effective Rehearsal Techniques
• Deep knowledge of choral literature and the ability to design balanced, diverse concert programs.
• Strong organizational and management skills to oversee a comprehensive high school choral program, including school concerts, community performances, and festival participation.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues both within the high school music department and the overall district choral staff.
• Strong Piano Proficiency is also preferred

Bargaining Unit: EBEA

Salary: Starting at $64,000 (negotiable based on previous years of experience and education)
