What’s a typical day as a Substitute Teacher? You’ll be :

	
• Assuming the duties of a district employee in accordance with provided lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
  
  	

• Empowering students to learn and encouraging active classroom participation
  
  	

• For long-term assignments, developing lesson plans, and building, administering, and grading tests and assignments as needed

• Are at least 18 years of age
  
  	

• Hold a high school diploma or GED (required)
  
  	

• Can obtain an Arkansas Division of Elementary & Secondary Education background clearance (an out-of-pocket, non-refundable expense required)
