Positions Summary (Middle School and High School)

IATS is seeking 2 passionate, student-centered educators to teach at the middle school and high school level. Ideal candidates embrace project-based learning, interdisciplinary instruction, and career-connected education. Teachers at IATS play an active role in shaping curriculum, mentoring students, and building a strong school culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction aligned with Indiana Academic Standards
• Integrate agricultural, technological, and career-related concepts into core content areas when appropriate
• Design and facilitate project-based and experiential learning opportunities
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues on school initiatives
• Maintain accurate records, assessments, and communication with families
• Participate in professional development and school events

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Indiana teaching license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience teaching middle school and/or high school students
• Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
• Interest or background in agriculture, technology, STEM, or career & technical education (preferred but not required)
• Commitment to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
