Summer Session Teacher (ESL)

Position Type: New London Adult & Continuing Education/Teacher Date Posted: 4/7/2026 Location: New London Adult and Continuing Education TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Monday Wednesday 8:30 12:30 from July 6 July 29, 2026 PRIMARY FUNCTION: To help adult students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, responsible citizens. TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach adult students enrolled in the Summer School Program in content areas of ESL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: As set by the State certification requirements for the teaching areas ESL (088), At least three (3) years of teaching experience. Prior experiences working in an environment with adult learners.
