Pratt High School is seeking a Foreign Language teacher whose primary language is Spanish. Our retiring teacher teaches Spanish and French. We have diploma pathways which incentivizes our top students taking a foreign language, so you can build a program here. PHS is a 1:1 laptop school for approximately 350 students.

95% for a single Health policy with more dollars towards a family policy--up to $17,700/yr depending on the plan chosen. District teachers are also eligible for student loan forgiveness because we have a Title I elementary--that covers all district teachers.

Salary Information

$45,900 base salary. With 5-10 years of experience, Pratt USD 382 ranks in the top 18% of the state. Our benefits package is top notch.

Pratt Unified School District 382 is a 4A district located in the heart of south central Kansas. Home to almost 7,000 citizens, Pratt is 75 miles west of Wichita and 55 miles southwest of Hutchinson.

A Pre-K housed at the Central Office, Southwest Elementary, a K-4 building; Liberty Middle School, a 5-8 building; and Pratt High School, a 9-12 building; comprise the school system. Current enrollment is approximately 1150 FTE students in grades K-12. The district employs 7 administrators and approximately 77 teachers. USD 382 consistently performs well in academic and non-academic areas as attested by many League, District and State level accomplishments. All three buildings are accredited and currently in Year 3 of KESA. We are a trauma-informed district and support training to better our practice. We are a Greenback family.
