USD 327 is accepting resumes for Elementary School Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.

Qualified individuals should possess the following credentials/qualities:

1. Hold a current and appropriate Kansas teaching license or qualify for and receive the initial teaching license at the appropriate grade level and in the assigned subject matter
2. Be able to create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning
3. Implement lesson plans that actively engage students and provide for the individual needs of students through a variety of appropriate teaching strategies and techniques
4. Promote high standards for student performance, positive peer interactions and appropriate social behavior
5. Work cooperatively with other school personnel and parents/guardians
6. Adhere to USD 327 Board of Education approved policies and regulations
7. Maintain open lines of communications with administrative personnel keeping them informed of issues potentially requiring their attention
8. Be flexible and be able to perform other duties as deemed appropriate by the Building Principal
9. Effective communication skills
10. Must be physically present in the classroom
