    Position: Adjunct PT Instructor, Adult Education- Aspire (ESOL)-Up to 28 hours
    Location: Warren County Career Center ASPIRE

    General Description:
    The English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) teacher will provide instruction to eligible students in English language instruction. The ESOL teacher will help English Language Learners (ELL) succeed in developing English language skills (i.e., speaking, listening, reading and writing) and in culture and civics.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree, education related field is preferred
    • Hold a valid Ohio Educator's permit or license
    • Outstanding personal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • The ability to keep concise records
    • The ability to facilitate group discussions
    • The ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
    • Proficiency with basic technology tools (email, learning management systems, video conferencing)
    • The ability to adapt to changing work priorities and maintain flexible working hours
    • Must be able to pass BCI/FBI background check
