Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Join an educational support role working across a dynamic K-12 school district in Missouri, offering opportunities in various elementary, middle, and high schools. This contract position is ideal for paraprofessionals who are adaptable and comfortable supporting students with special education needs, including toileting assistance and behavior support. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or general classroom support within SPED classrooms. Assist students with daily activities including toileting and behavior management. Work flexibly across multiple school sites as needed. Support students across varying grade levels from elementary through high school. Location & Schedule: Positions available throughout 22 elementary schools, 6 middle schools, and 5 high schools. Hours vary by school level: Middle schools: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM High schools: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM Elementary schools: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Qualifications & Experience: Active Substitute Certificate listed on the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) website. Comfortable and experienced working with toileting needs and behavioral challenges. Flexibility to float across different schools is strongly preferred.
