26-27 Opening PreK-5 Special Education Teacher/Case Manager

Washington Elementary School is seeking a special education teacher to case manage students in grades K-5 for the 2026-2027 school year. Our ideal candidate has experience:

• Running IEP meetings
• Writing IEPs with measurable goals
• Scheduling meetings and adhering to timelines
• Delivering individualized instruction
• Supervising paraprofessionals
• Helping to coordinate related service providers
• Teaching students of various age levels

Other helpful skills would include:

• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with classroom teachers
• Training in the Wilson Reading System (or similar program)
• At least 3-5 years experience is preferred, but not required
