Qualifications: To be considered, the applicant must be licensed in Indiana English/Language Arts, covering grades 9-12.

Overview of the Position: Mt. Vernon High School seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated, knowledgeable, and team-oriented professional to fill an English teaching position.

Requirements and Qualifications: The applicant must be able to deliver quality instruction, effectively assess student learning, and provide additional support and/or enrichment when appropriate. The applicant must demonstrate strong communication skills with all stakeholders, effective organizational and planning skills, and the use of technology to benefit student learning. Candidates must be knowledgeable in Indiana English/Language Arts standards (grades 9-12).

Salary/Benefits/Hours: Per Teacher Contract
