As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our comprehensive therapy program that exceeds national and state standards. Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide small group instruction to children with autism and related disabilities
• Assist in implementing differentiated instruction and instructional strategies
• Support classroom management and individualized education programs
• Collaborate with teachers in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Implement behavior management techniques and support special needs children

Required Skills:

• Background in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
• Knowledge of child development and special education practices
• Experience in music education and curriculum development
• Ability to educate and support children with special needs
• First Aid certification and background checks

Nice to Have Skills:

• Masters in Education
• Experience in social studies and individualized education programs

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $29,330.00
• Maximum Salary: $43,850.00
