Special Education Teacher in Manassas, VA

This full-time Special Education Teacher position focuses on providing exceptional support to K-12 students in an early childhood school setting. The role is based onsite in Manassas, VA, and is a contract opportunity for the upcoming school year (NSY).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to the needs of students with disabilities across kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed
• Maintain detailed records and communicate regularly with parents and school staff
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth and learning

Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia Special Education Teacher License required
