When an application has not been updated/modified for one year, it will expire and you will be notified to resubmit a new application.       Education:    Master's degree in political science, government, public administration, or international relations; OR Bachelor's degree in any of the above AND Master's degree in economics, history, social science, sociology, any ethnic studies, JD, or LL.B.; OR the Equivalent.
